To ensure the transaction and process of your order going in accordance with our abilities as a company and your requests as a customer, please read over the following information as it impacts what can and can't be done in regards to your order, as well as our policies and any required information for placing an order.
Requirements for placing an order require the customer to be at or over the age of 18. If unable to legally sign documentation, please have a legal guardian provide their signature in any and all cases that require one.
Minimum order volume is 12-24 Shirts. Maximum order volume is 2,500 Shirts, unless time is not a problem.
Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for your order to be completed once you've provided your down payment. Rush orders are available for your order if we feel it can be done within the date in question, otherwise please allow for 1-2 weeks or until the estimated pick-up date provided to you when completing the down payment.
DESIGN REQUIREMENTS:
Design(s) using screen printing cannot exceed 12in x 18in. We intend to be able to compensate for larger sizes in the future, but for now this is our maximum size.
Design(s) cannot be a low quality image, an image must have a minimum resolution of 1200 x 1800 pixels in order for the print to look good.
Design(s) in the file format of PNG, JPEG, PDF or SVIG are valid for use of design. Anything else cannot be used, unless it is for a design reference.
Design(s) using vinyl have a limit of 6 colors, maximum size of 12in x 12in and can be used in combination with a screen printed design.
Newborn, Toddler and Youth size clothing are not yet available for screen printing, but are available if you choose vinyl. We do intend to be able to screen print them in future.
CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN GARMENTS?
Yes, you can provide your own garments to be printed on, but you must fill and sign a form to confirm liability of the garments. Please understand when choosing your own garments there are a couple of things to consider before providing or purchasing them.
Fabrics we can screen print on are limited to Cotton, Polyester, Nylon, Rayon, Denim, Leather, Hemp, Silk and blends of the material (ie. 50/50, 70/30, 50/30/20, etc.) Material such as Faux Fur, Spandex/ Lycra and Acrylic/ Acetate are unable to be printed or will wear down the design very quickly. (We do intend to be able to print on spandex in the future)
We are limited to the garments you provide us, which means if there is a mistake we can only do so much. We ask if you provide the garments to purchase a minimum of 1-2 extra garments of each size and color you intend to be printed on. If you cannot provide extra, this is okay, but please understand your order may be down a couple of shirts due to this. There are always garments we can provide to be printed on incase this happens, but they may not be exactly like the garments you provided us originally.
Providing the garments does not change the production time and as such, please do no expect your order to be completed faster due to this.
GRAPHIC DESIGN SERVICES INFORMATION
For graphic design services, the customer will have a 15-30 minute discussion with our artist and provide as much information regarding the design(s) that both the customer and artist require. The artist will then provide the customer with the design(s) within 3 days and the customer will have a chance to either add, change, remove or re-do the art work with no extra cost. From there the artist will provide the customer with the final design to confirm for production, at this point the customer can only remove or re-arrange small details (such as text) and if the customer wishes to re-do the art, there will be a fee for a new design. If the customer wishes instead to cancel the order, you will receive a 50% return and no artwork. Our graphic design services are intended to be used with our printing services and as such we do not provide graphic design services unless you are intending to use the design for a shirt, sweatshirt or otherwise. Included when picking up your order will be a card with a QR code on it which will link directly to a google drive containing your artwork in 4 forms: PNG, JPEG, PDF & SVIG. These will be your only copies from us of your artwork, other than your shirts or sweatshirts, and as such we highly recommend saving these files immediately incase you have plans to use the design in the future whether it's with us or for something else that requires that design. After 2 weeks from your pick-up date the link will no longer be useable and your files removed from our system. If you wish for us to hold on to your design that's not a problem but will require a one time fee of $5 to store it. Payment for the artwork will be charged with the rest of your order when picking up.
If the customer already has a design in it's proper PDF or SVIG form, the artist will meet with the customer briefly and confirm the details of the order regarding the garment(s) and it's color(s), size(s), fabric(s), type(s) and the design(s) placement. After confirming, the order will be ready to move to production and the customer must sign a form to confirm the transaction and pay a 25% down payment of the quote provided when placing the order. The order cannot move into production until both the form and down payment have been secured.
PRODUCTION INFORMATION
Once production has begun, neither party (unless discussed otherwise) can cancel the order and the transaction must be completed. Unless discussed prior, no alterations of the design or change in garment are allowed once production has started, all agreements and requirements cannot be changed or undone from this point forward.
PICK-UP & DELIVERY INFORMATION
Pick-ups are the primary method of transferring your order into your possession. Once your order is ready, you will receive a call or text and an email letting you know it's available for pick up with an address attached. Please understand we are a small business operating within a residential location in Lower Macungie Township, as such we do not provide the street address of our shop until your order is ready to protect the security of our shop and ensure our neighbors privacy. With that being said, while picking up your order please refrain from parking illegally, disturbing the neighbors or arriving at anytime other than the indicated shop hours or provided pick up time. When picking up your order you will be required to sign a release form and complete your payment in person. Changes in price may occur depending on the unforeseen such as rush orders, changes in vendor pricing or other occurrences. Local deliveries are available, but only for select orders and all payments made must be completed electronically prior to delivery.
MISTAKES/ RE-PRINTING
Please note that the screen printing process is not intended for a low volume of garments and can be rather expensive not just for the customer, but the print shop as well. We never intend for mistakes to happen and we'll always do our best to provide an outcome that is satisfactory for both parties involved.
Please allow up to 1/2 in of variation in terms of placement of your design. Prior to production, it is the artists job to confirm the exact placement of your design and the printer's responsibility to meet those requirements, but there will always be a little variation from shirt to shirt. Color is also possible to have slight variation as well, we do our best to keep things consistent, but with continuous printing it is possible for a color to be a little more dull or vibrant than it's intended. In addition, slight mistakes such as small light print, small dots of ink or millimeter misalignment of colors might occur and we ask for you to understand these are very common and as such, will not qualify you for a refund. At this time, we do not have automized screen printing equipment and every print is made with a human touch, but we always intend to have the best quality prints we can provide.
